When it is not possible to resolve these problems by yourself, or if these problems seriously limit your ability to live a fulfilled life, then therapy can help.
Psychotherapy is the first-choice treatment for psychological complaints. The goal of therapy is to alleviate or overcome the complaints. There is no reason to deal with suffering on your own and there is no shame in seeking professional help.
It takes courage to face your problems, but self-knowledge is a worthy and sustainable reward. I am here to support you with whatever you are struggling with.
In order for psychotherapy to be effective, the client's effort is as important as the therapist's expertise. Treatment is as short as possible and as long as necessary.
