Therapy
Everyone encounters problems at some point in their lives. Often these come in the form of stress, anxiety, worry, difficulty making life choices, and undesired changes in mood.
When it is not possible to resolve these problems by yourself or if these problems seriously limit your ability to live a fulfilled life, then therapy can help.
Psychotherapy is the first-choice treatment for psychological complaints. The goal of therapy is to alleviate or overcome the complaints. There is no reason to deal with suffering on your own and there is no shame in seeking professional help. It takes courage to face your problems, but self-knowledge is a worthy and sustainable reward. I am here to support you with whatever you are struggling with.
In order for psychotherapy to be effective the client’s effort is as important as the therapist’s expertise and effort. Treatment is as short as possible and as long as necessary. If you are unsure whether you need or want to start therapy do not hesitate to contact me for a free initial consultation.

Coaching
If you feel stuck at work or feel like you are not content with an important aspect of your life, coaching can be a useful tool to add value to your life and reach your goals.
It provides room for self-study and reflection for the curious, the life-long learners, and those who strive for authenticity. You might be struggling with questions such as ‘Who am I?’, ‘How can I add value to the current stage of my life?’ or ‘What do I want in my work life?’. Coaching can provide support and guidance in answering these questions. The duration of the coaching process depends on the specific question you would like to investigate. Usually, coaching is of short to medium duration (5-15 sessions).
